Every thing ok, but it would help to know a more aproximate time of delivery

I've arranged a expedition from Italy. The place to pick up was the clinic of my sistr and father , so it was opened and with plenty of people who knew there was a courier coming for the package, The courier didn't show up at all and it was marked as "nobody home". After that they rearrange the pick up for monday, without consulting me as the company policy says. Fortunately the clinic was opened all day, with inside many people aware of the courier coming to pick up and again NOBODY SHOWN UP. That's the worst expedition service ever. Thanks Ecoparcel, you have lost a customer for your lack of professionality.

I am only giving one star as I cannot find zero!!!! Over a month now I am waiting for a simple refund. My parcel wasn’t collected for delivery so I cancelled the order. I was lied to twice in emails saying it was due to my incorrect address and because lack of time to collect order. In actual fact the order had been given to the wrong driver by GLS so wasn’t being collected until the next day. This didn’t suit as it needed to be there before Xmas and the next day meant it wouldn’t get there in time so I cancelled straight away once they hadn’t shown and also after I had tried to phone GLS etc. On their website it says refunds are given back into your ecoparcel account if you had topped up your account and refunds given back to bank card of paid by card. I paid by card and they refunded my money into my account so now my money is locked into that account. After numerous contact through email as they’ve no bloody phone number I was told it would take upto ten days. Now it’s over 30 and still nothing. I will hound this company until I get my money back as this if fraud to hold onto someone’s money. I will also be contacting police if I don’t get it within the next month too. I will NOT let them keep my money as I paid for a service they never provided. SHOWER OF WASTERS

Fast & reliable

The service is cheap and I’ve always ended up getting my stuff eventually, but if anything goes wrong the employees are difficult and slow to communicate with, don’t answer questions, and don’t take action to solve problems. If the packages aren’t delivered and picked up successfully on the first try, be prepared to have to pull teeth in order to get the information to communicate directly with the shipper.

Pick up and initial tracking very satisfying, but then the tracking was not updated and we had to find the correct tracking number and contact directly the courier to book the delivery, because they did not call. From pick up to delivery passed 11 days (9 working days).

Barely 2 stars - because I did receive my order eventually. Although my boxes did arrive to their destination, the customer service experience was a nightmare. Somehow a duplicate order was generated and although one was marked cancelled immediately afterwards, I was still charged for two. 3 of my customer care inquires were marked resolved without any correspondence or resolution to my issues. The customer service emails I do receive are pre-gernated form letters that supply no real value or information relevant to my concerns. The worst was that both orders were shown as active and after my boxes were picked up, I had no way of tracking them and the ASM & GLS courtiers could not locate my shipment based on the information supplied by Ecoparcel. Yes, my boxes did arrive, but I had to pay double the price (no refund to my credit card for the duplicate order), I had the WORST customer service experience, and was left completely in the dark as to where my boxes were after they were picked up in Spain since the tracking detail was not valid. End result, Ecoparcel is not worth the trouble and I feel really ripped off.

I placed the order on their website two days before the collection. And they failed to come on the proposed day without any notice. Far worse, I wrote to them by email and messages on the same day, no one responded at all. Then I fully expected them to collect it on the next day, THEY FAILED AGAIN! I wrote to them again and no replies at all. On the third day, AGAIN THEY FAILED TO COLLECT MY PARCELS! I was really freaking out because I literally did nothing just to wait for the collection for 3 day but all failed! They didn't even respond to my email or message! They didn't come to collect before I left my city. Then I have to beg my friend to take care of the parcels and waited for another day ! At the end the customer service finally responded but never answered any questions I asked! Useless! They don't care about the distress, frustration caused! THEY ARE JUST INHUMAN!
