me ha llegado el paquete roto, el de esta semana y el de la anterior, me falta la mitad de la ropa y un neceser con cremas y colonias, el repartidor le ha dicho a la persona que ha cogido el paquete en mi casa que os lo comunique... por favor poneros en contacto conmigo.

Los paquetes enviados a través de un punto de recogida (Locker) no suelen tener problemas. Los que son door to door... son caso a parte. El servicio de atención al cliente podría considerarse inexistente

I requested a collection in Portugal for delivery to the United Kingdom (shipment XK7M8A), but Ecoparcel did not send me the documentation that should have accompanied the package. As a result, the shipment was returned. I spoke with a customer service representative about the situation, and I was told that a refund would be issued within 7 days (#Ticket #234934). This was on 27/06/2025, and I still haven’t received any refund. I’ve tried to contact customer support again but haven’t been able to get a response. I want my money back! This service is disgraceful!

Good afternoon,

When shipping outside the EU, please remember to complete a customs declaration and attach it to your parcel. As you have shipped more than 30 parcels with us, we have made an exception on this occasion and credited your account balance with a refund.

Please note that it is the shipper’s responsibility to include all required documents. You can download your labels, customs declarations and invoices by visiting My Orders and selecting the Documents tab.

If you do not see a paper customs declaration, it means that it has been submitted electronically to the customs authorities (in this case, the UK). The e-customs declaration is linked within the parcel label in our system.
