Great delivery.

I am very unhappy to announce that my two parcels were not collected, despite my payment being successful. After contacting them, one member of the customer service reassured me that a new collection was issued for the next day, however, it has been two days since then and no-one has come for collection. In the meantime, I have constantly been contacting Ecoparcel via Facebook and e-mail to receive clarification regarding the next collection day, but Ecoparcel has failed to get back to me on the matter, which is extremely frustrating. I would like to see the issue being dealt with.

Had to pick up the parcel myself from the end of the street, rather than having it delivered to the front door. This might be the fault of GLS rather than Ecoparcel.

Quick, Easy and reasonably priced. I will use again.

My packaged traveled for 900 km in about a week (from France to Italy), it was timely collected and it arrived in good conditions. I had problems with the payment so I contacted the site help and they responded quickly suggesting a way to work around the problem. I used the 5€ newers discount so the shipment was particularly cheap (considering it was an international one). I am overally very satisfied, I will use the service again.

First time with Ecoparcel.eu. A very pleasing experience! I will be using them from now on. Their tracking info is second to none, very important when sending items of value. Communication was excellent !

Il pacco è arrivato nei tempi indicati, e il materiale interno intatto. La scatola invece è stata danneggiata e aveva diversi grandi buchi e strappi.

I ordered 29th June and delivery was 16.40 July10th. Total rubbish. The courier used, GLS, do not update their website regularly or , worse still, do not answer telephone calls. Melissa from Ecoparcel was as helpful as she could be but when a service is basically a broker it is dependent on the courier they choose. I can honestly say that, despite my best efforts to make contact, GLS are totally useless. My parcel arrived in Dublin and was on a van for delivery July 7th but never made it to its destination. Why???? Probably the weekend was looming and had more importance than a customer. I emailed GLS, to no avail. Unfortunately Ecoparcel, choosing you next time will not be possible because of your choices.
