I’m having the worse experience ever with ecoparcel. I don’t know how many times I used ecoparcel to send parcels without any problems but now is the first time that my parcel seems to be lost. I’m waiting for more than one week and the customer service didn’t reply any single email. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INFORMATION ABOUT WHERE IS MY F* BOX.

Extremely easy to use service with wonderful tracking options. They got my package from Hungary to France in 4 days with a simple courier pick up service. Will use again if I need to send another package in Europe.

My first experience ever with parcels has been extraordinary with EcoParcel. I just searched for the best offer that suited my parcel route, got it in less than 30 minutes and in two days, the collection was done. The delivery time matched the predicted one perfectly, and it was delivered with no problems! The only thing I missed is a stronger trackability, but it is fair for the price I paid.

I got to know ecoparcel.eu through a friend who had previous positive experiences with this shipping company. It was very easy to interface with the website and to arrange for the collecting of the two boxes I was to send. Price was also more than accesible and really appropriated for the service offered. The parcels arrived on time and in perfect state, which was something I was a little worried about in the beginning since they contained LP records and fragile objects as well. I will definetly consider Ecoparcel my first option whenever I'll have to ship stuff again.
