A couple of user experience issues but good service. My package was picked up and delivered as agreed and the price was fair. I deducted a star because of UX on the web site. When I chose a pickup day on the first page, the date suddenly moved a day forward on the second page. I experienced this both times I booked. Not only that, the tracking number needs to be more prominent on the page when reviewing my orders. I have to download the package label to find it. Finally the tracking timeline has a lot of redundant info and not enough details.

On-Time Delivery The person who picked up my package called before coming giving me enough time to bring the luggage out of the building. The company also called the person receiving my package which was really convenient because I heard so many experiences of my friends where the company does not call and just leaves the premises if no one is outside waiting for the delivery.

Quick simple and straightforward

Very happy! I sent a big package from Spain to Germany and it arrived within a week! Would definitely recommend the delivery service to friends and also personally use it again!
