We appreciate your recommendation and are glad to hear you found our pricing and delivery time good. Regarding tracking, updates are provided every 24 business hours or when the parcel moves in and out of the depot. Additionally, a depot location is included to give better visibility on the parcel’s journey. We’re always looking to improve and appreciate your input!
