There´s no number to get in contact with. I haven´t received any confirmation email about the pickup date and time before they actually did it. So we were waiting for pickup all day. There were some wooden frames around bottles well wrapped and "fragile - Glass" written all over the box, although the box didn´t show how hard it was handled, the wood frames were totally broken, and the answer to may complain was: "We have checked your parcel's tracking, and unfortunately, there are no external damages recorded." WHAT?? just because someone decided not to record it doesn´t mean that it didn't happen. I had pictures once I've open the package. Also be aware they don´t insure your package, apparently: "As stated on our website, all parcels pass through mechanical conveyors in the warehouses, so it is your responsibility to ensure the contents of your parcel are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage. If you believe the fault is not in the packaging and the exterior was indeed badly damaged, you would need to sign a damage agreement with the courier as outlined in our policy." There you go, no way to guarantee that your goods are safe!

Thank you for contacting us, and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. After reviewing the situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to begin the compensation process, as there were no visible signs of damage to the cardboard box upon delivery.

We kindly remind you that items must be packaged according to our guidelines, which state that labeling a shipment as “fragile” does not guarantee manual handling. All parcels are sorted via mechanical conveyors and travel along conveyor belts before being redirected to various trucks and vans.

Additionally, please note that the consignee has the option to mark a parcel as damaged at the time of delivery by notifying the courier prior to signing. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience.

Great as usual. The package arrived super fast and in perfect condition, door to door. I've been using Ecoparcel for years and never ever I had any issue with them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this company is getting worse with the pass years, I use this company for more than 10 years. and had some issues before but was always solved on time, this Christmas was a nightmare, the parcel was not pick up, the costumer service was 0 and no solution or refund, they block my chat so can contact them and no refund for the service that they didn't have done, had to book a new company for get my parcel, is completely incompetent, be aware!

It seems that multiple unfortunate events had occurred at the same time.

• The courier noted that the collection had failed and would reattempt it the following day, but he didn't due to a lack of time during Christmas.
• Ticket was stuck with our first-tier support team, which wasn't escalated to the operations team to solve this issue.

We are very sorry about that. A full refund has been issued.
