​This is not a logistics company; this is an absolute nightmare. Instead of the promised 3–4 days, my package took 15 days, and in the end, it was never even delivered! I paid in full for the Door to Door service, expecting actual professional handling, but instead, I got a brick wall of indifference, ruined nerves, and extra out-of-pocket expenses.
​Here is what your "service" actually looks like:
​Shameless daily lies: Every single day, your support team and useless bot fed me lines like "it will be delivered tomorrow," while nobody lifted a finger. Nobody was ever planning to deliver it!
​A completely useless AI assistant: Your bot is a joke—it knows nothing, solves nothing, and only wastes my time with automated, meaningless spam.
​Customer support is an absolute disgrace: Your live agents are rude, respond once every few days, ghost you, and refuse to do their jobs. Zero help, zero accountability.
​Playing detective: By sheer miracle, through my own hustle with the Italian office, I had to find out myself where my packages were, that your company screwed up internally, and that I was completely on my own.
​Because of your total incompetence and inaction, I was forced to drop everything, travel, and pay out of my own pocket for a cargo taxi just to pick up the items I already paid you to deliver to my door!
​I am not letting this go. I am filing formal complaints everywhere necessary, and I demand a full refund for the "Door to Door" service that you failed to provide. You will refund every cent for this mess and compensate for the extra expenses you forced on me!

Bien, pero se puede mejorar. Desde el viernes esperando un pallet, (porque me mandaron emails a las 15:00 de que llegaba el pallet el viernes, a las 17:56 me llegó otro que llegaba ese mismo día y hubiera alguien esperando en el local. No llegó, y el chico de atención al cliente dijo que no nos fuéramos porque podría llegar) el chico de atención al cliente no podía decirme de manera clara si mi pallet llegaba o no. Horas esperando. Llega el lunes, y tampoco me llega(supuestamente llegaba el lunes). Segundo día perdido. Finalmente me llama el repartidor que en 10 minutos tengo que estar en el sitio. (Vivo a casi 20) Llego lo más veloz posible y me llama que sitio en 2 min no estoy se va. Me lo dejó en la cera de enfrente , no donde está el local. No entiendo entonces para qué es necesario que el pallet sea enviado o recibido desde un local.
